What is OPS Framework, exactly?

OPS Framework is an operations excellence platform that combines a curated library of operating frameworks with facilitated implementation. It gives you the building blocks to design your company operating system strategy translation, cadences, forums, scorecards, and playbooks and support to deploy it with your leadership team.

Who is OPS Framework for?

We primarily work with founders/CEOs, Chiefs of Staff, BizOps leaders, and senior operators at high-growth companies (typically Series A–D). If you are responsible for how your company runs planning, reviews, execution, and cross-functional alignment OPS Framework is built for you.

How is this different from OKRs or project management tools?

OKRs are a goal-setting format; project management tools help you track tasks. OpsFramework sits above both: it defines the operating system that connects strategy, goals, metrics, forums, and workflows. Many clients use OpsFramework to design their OS and then implement parts of it in tools like Notion, Asana, Linear, or Jira.

How long does a typical OS rollout take?

Most facilitated rollouts run for 12 weeks minimum. In the first 4 weeks, we focus on diagnosis and OS design with your leadership team. The following weeks are about refining forums, building scorecards, and training managers. Many clients start seeing tangible improvements in clarity and execution within the first month.

Can we start with the library and add facilitation later?

Yes. Some teams start with library access and self-implementation, then engage us for targeted workshops or a fuller rollout once they see the impact and want to go deeper.
